Aussie Bloom: Painting Australian Native flowers
Painting workshop in acrylics on artist canvas
I absolutely love Australian Native flowers, come and join me for a morning of painting, learning how to compose our artwork, mark up our image and complete in acrylics on canvas.
This will be a step by step painting session with clear instruction. We will have real flowers, photographic reference and step by step instruction to ensure a wonderful creative outcome.

FROM MICKEY TO MANGA: A fun workshop for cartoon enthusiasts.
Part 1: Painting a pop trio; Draw, transfer and paint your top three characters from the fun cartoon Spongebob Squarepants. Acrylic on canvas.
Part 2: Drawing in your style; View a world of cartoon styles from Disney's Mickey Mouse to todays trending toon's and learn to draw your favourite style.
Part 3: Manga! Lets get out the Copic markers..choose from a variety of supplied inspiration images from popular manga and chibi comics. With assistance, sketch out and learn to colour with artist quality alcohol markers.
Please pack snacks, lunch and BYO drink bottle.
Feeling sick? please don't attend, we will organise your credit for future classes.
Students will be required to follow instructions throughout the day, this is a fun environment however we do require a level of acceptable behaviour. Please consider this before booking.

JUST FOR AGES 6 to 8
Time: 10am-1pm
A fun mini art camp inspired by Japan; I wish we could travel to see the flowering blossom trees, but since we cant, I am happy to spend the morning painting and making some iconic Japanese inspired artworks with you!
-Paint Cherry blossoms with sea sponges!
-Paint and make a Koi fish windsock with watercolour effect
-Hand build clay sushi
BYO snacks and a drink bottle
Standard Class, behaviour and tuition policy.
Behaviour in class. Children attending the art classes need to be prepared to learn fun new skills, listening and focus will be needed to learn the instructions, if you feel your child won't be able to stay focussed please chat to us prior to booking.
No change of mind refunds. Credits will be offered in special circumstances for children who are unable to attend for illness or change of circumstances, simply contact us with the request. We will need at least 7 days notice to consider any refunds. If there are any issues attending please contact your teacher as soon as possible so we can help find an alternate solution.

KOI! Koi Fish Design and Draw
Ages 10 up
Join us this April school holiday break for some extended Drawing Lab fun!
If you are looking to learn to draw or you are already a keen illustrator this workshop is for you.
Koi fish design will teach you how to pencil sketch, detail and add pattern in artist fine point pen, then add a splash of bold colour to enhance your art with masking mediums and liquid ink.
Each student will complete their art in the session ready to take home.
All supplies are provided and Art comes home presented in a display frame.

Join us this April school holiday break for some extended Drawing Lab fun!
If you are looking to learn to draw or you are already a keen illustrator this workshop is for you.
Learn to draw inspired by cultural dragon illustrations, your teacher will lead you through the interesting differences in dragon illustrations between the cultures around the world.
Learn the steps to produce a completed Dragon design.
Learn how to pencil sketch with fluidity and great composition, add detail and add pattern in artist fine point pen, then add a splash of bold colour to enhance your art with masking mediums and liquid ink.
Each student will complete their art in the session ready to take home.
All supplies are provided and Art comes home presented in a display frame.
Wednesday, April 7th
9am-3pm
Learn some new art skills in a fun all day art camp.
Three main Art projects and a full day of fun!
8:50-9am. Arrival and Sign in attending students
Mixed media zoo; Pop art trio. Create a brightly coloured trio of wooden mini's using black and white images of animals from the zoo, use a transfer and varnish method to create professional results.
Bold faces; Get creative with bold outlines, paint and collage. Use a transfer method to capture your bold faces and learn how to be intuitive with your colours.
Rainy day; Watercolour project using dripping paint to create a rainy day effect, learn to mask out your main focus and finish your art with fine artist pens.
2:50-3pm. Parents arrive to collect students.
